Congratulations to  Winners of the YPO Concerto Competition Concert

1st Place – Michael Stoica – Georges Hue Fantasy for Flute
2nd Place – Evan Lee – Dvorak Cello Concerto
3rd Place – Simona Heifetz – Liszt Piano Concerto No.1
4th Place – Madeline Margulis-Ohnuma – Saint Saens Cello Concerto
5th Place – James Liu  – Vaughn Williams Bass Tuba Concerto

 

This concert has been funded by a generous grant from the City of Yonkers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and by the Thomas and Agnes Carvel Foundation.

 

Special thanks to Westchester County Executive George Latimer and the Westchester County Board  of Legislators, Assemblyman Nader J. Sayegh and Mayor Michael Spano.
